I’m so glad to have found Steven and Splash Pros when I did. His team of experienced pool maintenance technicians are a joy to work with, unlike those I switched from. They keep my Hayward salt chlorination system working perfectly for our courtyard pool, that we use every day. Carter, our service technician, has a great personality, is pleasant to talk to, shows up at the same time on the same day of the week, and when he leaves, our pool is sparkling clean. Dependability, consistency, and excellent service at a reasonable price. I could not ask for more.

I have had several pool companies and Splash Pros is by far the best pool company we have ever had. They are responsive to phone calls, they send you a weekly report and most of all, the pool is sparkling clean when the service is done. You cannot go wrong. And yeah, they are reasonable with their prices.

We’ve been using splash pros for almost 1 year at this point. They are super thorough and always come when they say they will. I love their weekly updates that include a new picture of your pool each week to show you how clean it is as well as prove they showed up. Their billing and payment process is super easy too. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pool service.

They are fast, yet very thorough & keep our pool looking crystal clear! we don't have a pool cage & we're on the water, so that is a little more difficult to do during the year, with all of the elements. Splash Pro's Pool Cleaning took over our account from our former pool cleaner. The transition was seamless. The quality and consistency of their services has keep our pool operating and looking great; week after week. We've appreciated the professional weekly cleaning update email, with photo of the pool, and any items that need action. Communication and Consistency is missing in many service organizations these days, and Splash Pros is differentiating themselves from the competition. We have no desire to have any other company maintain our pool.
We recently switched pool companies to Splash Pros and what a difference! Our pool tech Gianni comes weekly and leaves our pool crystal clear and is super friendly! Steven is very responsive and professional.

Splash Pros have been doing our pool service for about 5 months. They show up every Thursday and always provide a quick report when they leave. They also check filter and if I do get an alarm, they quickly respond and clear any notification. Would hire Splash Pros again. Wonder if they should add insect control as another service? Just sayin..

Stephen & crew at Splash Pools are Five Star, they really do care. They listen and always respond to all of my questions or concerns. For the most part, I have taken care of my own pool, hiring companies occasionally when on vacations or away on personal matters.
